Andrew Elliott, who has been ill for the past few years at his home near Monticello, Minn., died on Wednesday morning. The funeral was held at Monticello and the remains were brought here. Short services were held on Sunday at the Fifield home and the burial was made in the State Line cemetery by the side of his father and mother. Mr. Elliott has been a great sufferer for the past two years but bore it with patience, never complaining. He was a resident of our township until a few years ago. He has hosts of fiends here who deeply sympathize with the bereaved wife and little son, also his brothers and sisters.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Apr. 20, 1857 and died Feb. 19, 1914.
