THE SILENT REAPER.
MRS. PETER FINBERG.
The remains of Mrs. Peter Finberg were brought home from Iowa City last Thursday morning, her death having occurred at the hospital there following an operation for appendicitis and complicating ailments. Mrs. Finberg’s maiden name was Anna Quissel. She was born July 4, 1870, in Valders, Norway, and was married April 18, 1899, to Peter O. Finberg. Beside her husband she is survived by one son, her sister Mrs. K. A Vick of this city, three other sisters, a brother and her mother in Norway. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the First Lutheran church, Rev. Thos. Nilsson officiating, and interment was made in the Norwegian cemetery. In their bereavement the relatives have the sympathy of many friends.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born July 4, 1869 which does not agree with the above. She died Mar. 26, 1913. Also it shows her maiden name spelled Kvessel.
