Octogenarian Passes Away.
Ole L. Soreide died at his home at Freeport, May 22. He was born in Bergen Norway, in September, 1824, and came to this country in 1866 and has lived in Winneshiek county all this time. The funeral services were held Saturday at the home at 11: 30 a. m. and at the Glenwood church at 1:00 o’clock. He is survived by two sons.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Sept. 20, 1824 and is buried in Glenwood Lutheran Cemetery.
