Mrs. Bessie Webb Smith, whose childhood and girlhood life was in Hesper, and late of LaCrosse, Wis., passed away last Sunday morning in the LaCrosse hospital following an operation performed one week before. She leaves a husband, two sons, aged about nine and thirteen years respectively, and a large circle of friends who hold her in loving remembrance.
