After suffering for some time, Mrs. J. A. Giesing passed peacefully away at her home in this city Thursday evening, May 18, 1911. Three sons and one daughter survive. The funeral services were held from the Catholic church on Sunday forenoon at 10 o’clock.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Rose who was born April, 1845 and is buried in the St. Aloysius Cemetery.
