We were very sorry to hear of the death of Mrs. Wallace Taylor at Bluffton last Sunday night.

Obituary:--Miss Mate Pierce was born at Burr Oak, Iowa, Nov. 17, 1865, and died at Bluffton, Iowa, Feb. 13, 1911. On Aug. 19, 1890, she was married to Wall. Taylor. This union was blessed by six children, all living. She is also survived by two sisters and four brothers, one sister having preceded her into the next world. Mrs. Taylor was recently baptized and passed away in the full assurance of faith. Services were held in the Bluffton church Tuesday, Feb. 14, Rev. Schepple officiating. The friends and neighbors wish to express their most sincere sympathy to them in their sad bereavement.

Transcriber’s Note: Her gravestone shows she was born in 1867 and died Feb. 12, 1911.
