The remains of Mrs. Newton Harkness were laid to rest in our cemetery Sunday afternoon. This is an unusually sad case, as we understand she leaves a family of twelve children.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Mathilda who was born Sept. 29, 1872 and died Feb. 10, 1910. She is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery in Kansas City, KS.
