Mrs. Achsah Clark, who has been so ill at the home of her daughter Mrs. Mintey in Cresco, died on Monday last. Mrs. Clark has been ill for the past few months and her death was expected at any time. Mrs. Clark was a resident of our township for years until a few years ago. They sold their farm and moved to Cresco. She had many friends in and around Kendallville whose sympathy goes out to the sorrowing daughters in their bereavement. The funeral was held in the Baptist church in Cresco. The body was brought to the Kendallville cemetery and buried by the side of her husband, who died about two years ago.
