Three deaths occurred in our vicinity last week, all of aged people. Mrs. Ondrasek was the first one called, and on Wednesday the little bell announced the death of Miss Barbara Baloun, who had made her home for many years with Mrs. Rose Polansky. She reached the advanced age of 89 years and was buried last Friday in the St. Wenceslaus cemetery. Saturday morning the funeral services over the remains of Math. Loesch took place at St. Clement’s church. After a linger illness lasting several months Mr. Loesch passed away last Thursday the home of his son John at the age of 79 years.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows Mr. Loesch’s first name as Mathias. He was born Oct. 20, 1830 and died Oct. 13, 1909.
