Charley Birdsell and wife and Mr. and Mrs. Will Albright attended the funeral of the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schmitz at Castalia Thursday.

Eva Gertrude Lovine Schmitz, daughter of Frank and Mabel Schmitz, was born March 22, 1909. After a brief illness she departed this life at the family home near Castalia, June 8, 1909. This lovely bud so young and fair called hence to show how sweet a flower in paradise could bloom.
