Chicago daily papers last week contained the notice of the death on the 6th inst. of Mrs. John Farovid, aged 36. The deceased was formerly Grace Stone, younger daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Stone, old-time residents of Decorah, and a young lady who will be remembered by many here for her joyous, happy disposition. The cause of her death was not stated, but it is supposed to have been pneumonia as it was known some two weeks previous that she was a sufferer from a very severe cold.
