Robyn Marie Carey-Dundee, 61 of Ossian, Iowa passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Gundersen in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Robyn was born December 7, 1961 to James Robert and Elizabeth Francis (Broghamer) Carey in Decorah, Iowa. She earned her Bachelors Degree at Upper Iowa.

Robyn worked as a Social Worker. She was a people person and enjoyed painting pictures and camping. Robyn loved spending time with her grandchildren and her animals.

Surviving Robyn are her children, Kerra (Jeremy) Hageman of Calmar, Iowa, Korey Dundee of Kuna, Idaho and Kyle (Ashtin) Dundee of Ryan, Iowa; ten grandchildren, Hannah, Brenna, Kaleb, Cameron, Ella, Aaron, Kaylee, Mikaylah, Mason and Myla; sister, Dolly (Dave) Panos of Decorah, Iowa; brother, Keith (Lisa) Carey of West Union; many nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews; fiancé, Thomas Rykel of Ossian, Iowa; and extended family.

Preceding Robyn in death were her parents, James and Elizabeth Carey; sister, Emmy Lou Carey and her brother, Clifford Carey.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Our Lady of Seven Dolars in Festina, Iowa.

Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Our Lady of Seven Dolars in Festina, Iowa with Deacon Dan O’Brien as the officiant.

Inurnment at a later date at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery, Ossian, Iowa.
