L. G. Burton received a telegram last week announcing the death of his brother-in-law Samuel Pfendler at Indianapolis on Wednesday night. Mr. Pfendler was an old-time resident of Frankville.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born May 6, 1833 and died Jan 7 1908. He is buried in Pleasant View, IN.
