Andrew L. Himle Dead.
Word was received yesterday morning of the death at Ashby, Minn., of Andrew L. Himle. The cause of death was Bright’s disease from which he has been a sufferer for some months. Mr. Himle will be remembered as a former resident and attorney in Decorah, a son-in-law of Peter E. Haugen. For some years prior to his last residence in Decorah he was engaged in the practice of law in Minnesota, and after deciding to return to that state engaged in the land and law business. He was of a genial, sunny disposition and enjoyed a wide acquaintance and friendship both here and in his Minnesota home. Mr. Himle is survived by four children, one daughter, Mrs. Herman Koefod of Ashby, and three sons—Ernest, Paul and Harold. His remains will be brought to Decorah for burial beside his wife who died several years ago He was about fifty-two years of age.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Dec. 15, 1856 and died Oct. 23, 1907. He is buried in the Union Prairie Cemetery.
