Mrs. Graff, after suffering for many years, passed away Friday morning. She was afflicted with dropsy. The funeral was held Sunday morning at ten o’clock, Rev. Ryan officiated.

Mr. and Mrs. Mike Graff of McGregor, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Graff of Austin and Mrs. Gresse and grandson of Decorah were at Calmar Sunday to attend the funeral Mrs. Graff.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was probably Magdalen Graf. She was born in 1838 and is buried in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
