Funeral services for Alden L. Albertson, a former Ridgeway resident, age 59, of 4747 Albion Woods, Boise, Idaho, were held Thursday, June 26 at the Summers Funeral Home by Pastor William Goodin of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Burial was at the Dry Creek Cemetery.

Alden was born March 23, 1916 at Ridgeway and passed away on June 23, 1975 at his home at Boise, Idaho.

Alden graduated from High School at Ridgeway. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and moved to Idaho in 1948, settling in Gooding where he sold farm equipment. He later owned and operated Hub Clothiers in Wendall and Mountain Home, Idaho.

He married Doris Ina Schultz, formerly of Monona, on June 27, 1942 at Lowton, Okla. They moved to Boise about 21 years ago, where Mr. Albertson worked as a salesman for Paul B. Larsen Real Estate. He later worked as a Clothing salesman, retiring about three years ago.

He was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church and the Disabled American Veterans.

Surviving are his wife, Doris of Boise; three sons, Richard Alden Albertson of Boise, Randi Alan Albertson and Mark Edward Albertson, both of Salt Lake City; a brother, Carl Albertson of Boise; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Albertson.
