The little daughter of J. L. Sanders died suddenly on the 22d inst. She was 12 years of age and had been suffering from a dropsical difficulty for several months, but was not thought to be in a dangerous condition. The funeral services were held at the family residence on the 24th inst., Rev. Brown, of Decorah, officiating. Interment took place at the Decorah cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Sanders have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in their bereavement.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Edith who was born Dec. 31, 1883 and is buried in Phelps Cemetery.
