The Pioneer-Press of last Friday announced the death of Mary O’Keefe Dickerman, wife of Gilbert G. Dickerman, formerly of Decorah, in St. Paul on the 11th inst. They were married only a short time ago, and while on their wedding trip in the Bermuda Islands Mrs. Dickerman was seriously ill with typhoid fever. Later she had an attack of peritonitis from which she was supposed to have recovered, but while spending a few days in St. Paul on their return to their home in Duluth she suffered a relapse from which death resulted. Such bereavement as this is particularly sad, and one which Gilbert’s friends will learn of with exceeding regret.
