PERSSE—Died in Canoe township, Winneshiek Co., Iowa, Feb. 14th, 1897, inflammation of the bowels, Miss Lizzie M. Persse. aged 19 years. 8 mo., 20 days. A young lady highly esteemed by those who knew her.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born in 1879 and is buried in Russell Cemetery.
