Nels Mestad, Sr., of Worth county returned home last Monday. He was called here to attend the funeral of his mother, Mrs. Brytva Mestad, who died Oct. 31st at the age of 74 years.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows her first name spelled Bryteva and that she was born March 12, 1826. She is buried in Big Canoe Lutheran Cemetery.
