The little daughter of Charles Miller and wife who has been sick with spinal meningitis for a long time, died last Friday night, July 7th. The funeral was held from the M. E. church in Frankville last Sunday, Rev. Dickensheets officiating. The little one was a great sufferer and was sick about three months. The parents have the sympathies of the entire community in the loss of their only child.

DIED—Grace Miller, at the home of her parents about five miles south of Frankville, July 8, 1899, after an illness of 13 weeks, of cerebro spinal meningitis. Little Grace was only 2 years, 7 months and 29 days old She was taken with that dreaded disease above mentioned and has suffered untold agony and misery since, until two weeks ago last Wednesday. Since then she has been lying apparently lifeless with the exception of the pulsations of the heart. The parents and friends have watched untiringly by her bedside, just waiting for the soul to take its flight, as everything had been done without avail. It was like tearing out the heartstrings of the parents and relatives to lose this little girl who had endeared herself to all. The funeral was held at the M. E. church, Sunday at 11 o’clock, Rev. Dickensheets, of Castalia, officiating, A large concourse of people attended the services. The interment was made at the Frankvjlle cemetery. An unusual amount of flowers adorned the church, given by friends who desired to pay a small tribute to the memory of one beloved by all. The sympathy of many friends goes out to the parents in their bereavement.
