FRANK BARTEL.
After an illness extending over a year Frank Bartel died at his home on Mechanic street, yesterday morning. He is a young man and leaves a wife and son to mourn his loss. The remains will be taken to La Crosse, his former home, for burial. The cause of his death was dropsy.
