Mrs. Eliza Beadle died at her home about one-and-a-half miles southeast of Frankville, Sunday, Nov 25th, at 9:30 p. m. Death resulted from a cancerous tumor, after an illness and intense suffering of five or six weeks’ duration. She was fifty years old the 20th of last May, Her maiden name was Eliza Tuttle and she was born in Ypsalanti, Mich. She has been married twice, the first husband being, Jas. Spaun. The second is R. M. Beadle, who is still living and with the three sons, Lew Simon, of Frankville, Adelbert Spaun, of Michigan, and Harry Beadle, of this place, are left to mourn the loss of a kind and loving wife and mother. A once happy home is now broken up and and{sic} left desolate. The funeral was held at the Presbyterian church on the 27th, Rev. Gregg officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she is buried in Frankville Cemetery and that her first husband’s name was spelled Spawn.
