EARL ALLEN,
On Monday morning last, after an illness of a week which started with conjestion of the lungs but was later complicated by brain fever, Earl Allen, second son of Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Allen, died in his fourteenth year. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at the Congregational church, Rev. A. W. Smith, of the M. E. church, officiating.
