Mrs. Ludvig Quandahl of Canoe township died last Saturday, the 18th, at the hospital in Cresco, where she went a short time ago for treatment. The remains were brought to Decorah that evening and taken to the home of her parents where the funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, Rev. O.E. Schmidt officiating.
Mrs. Quandahl's maiden name was Hilda Marie Carlson. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.G. Carlson of Canoe township and was born March 26, 1890. She was married September 7, 1910 to Ludvig Quandahl, and beside her husband and parents is survived by two baby children, a son and daughter. Mrs. Quandahl's illness covered a period of three months. In her death the relatives have the sympathy of a host of friends.
