Thomas Dowd, an old resident of this township, died at his home Monday morning, May 28th,.The funeral was conducted from the residence to¬day, (Wednesday,) Rev. Dickensheets officiating. We are not furnished a biography of the deceased.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Oct. 31, 1817 and is buried in Bloomfield Cemetery.
