Died at White Bear.
A telegram to F. S. Landers from Sam Lewis yesterday brought intelligence of the death of Mr. Frank Lewis at his home at White Bear. The funeral services will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock and interment at St. Paul. Mr. Lewis will be recalled by many as a merchant in this city in the boom times of the seventies. He was one of the builders of the store which Mr. Martin Soukup now occupies and was a man of thoroughly estimable qualities in every respect. For many years he has been employed in the Powers Dry Goods House at St. Paul. Mrs. Lewis was a sister of the late Mrs. S. W. Landers and she with her son survives him.
