Killed in Omaha.
Readers of 4th of July accidents may have noticed the death of Miss Grace Lawton in Omaha. She had been to South Omaha to attend a reunion of the family of Mr. and Mrs. Jas. E- Simpson, being held at the home of Mrs. Mae Simpson-Wheaten. On returning to her residence in Omaha, Miss Lawton became greatly frightened by an electric storm, and in jumping from a street car fell in such a way that she was killed instantly. She was the sister of Mrs. Emily S. Lawton, of Washington, D. C., formerly a resident of this city.
