Two deaths reported yesterday morning:—
the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Pierce, and a grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Ward.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Miron who was born June 11, 1900 and died March 31, 1901. He is buried in Burr Oak Cemetery.

On April the 1st the infant son of Stephen and Ethel Pierce died after only a few days sickness. It had never been strong and the ten months of its life had only been prolonged by the untiring care of its parents. It was a promising child and as it laid in its little white casket it looked like a fair blossom plucked too soon. Our sincere sympathy goes out to the young parents in their sad bereavement.
