Aslak Haatvedt, a prominent farm¬er who lives three miles southwest from Conover, died this morning. Mr Haatvedt had long been a sufferer from heart disease.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Lincoln Lutheran Cemetery and was born April 8, 1831 and died May 12, 1901, which doesn’t agree with the above. His gravestone photo looks like Mar. 12, 1901.
