Dr. Daubney, mayor of Decorah, since 1895, passed away on Friday last as the result of Bright’s disease. The funeral was held on Sunday.

Transcriber’s note: Find a Grave shows this was Francis William Daubney who is buried in Phelps Cemetery. He was born June 28, 1856 and died Nov. 1, 1912.
