Died Last Friday.
Mrs. Minnie B. Hallman died last Friday at the home of her parents, Edward Blakeman and wife, after a brief illness. She was born Sept. 12, 1884, in Pleasant township, and with the exception of five months when the family resided in Oregon, Decorah and vicinity has always been her home. She was married Sept. 21, last to James B. Hallman. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the family home west of town and the large attendance was but an expression of the deep sympathy felt for the bereaved ones. May her rest be peaceful and her life eternal. May the spring flowers bloom sweetest at the head of her grave.
