Mrs. John Clark passed away Monday at the home in Cresco of her daughter, Mrs. Geneva Mintey, after a long illness.

OBITUARY.
CLARK.
Achsah H. Richmond was born in New York, Jan. 5th, 1834. In girlhood she moved with her family to Akron, Ohio, and from there she, her father and five brothers moved to Iowa. In the year, 1857, she was united in marriage to John A. Clark. To this union were born eight children —two sons and six daughters. Her husband, Mr. Clark, was called home July 4th, 1908. Mrs. Clark, Feb. 7th, 1910. Two daughters are left to mourn her loss. Mrs. Viola L. Noble and Mrs. Frank Mintey, both of this city. Also eight grandchildren.
Mrs. Clark, a noble unselfish Christian woman, was a Baptist in principle, and possessed a strong assurance of her hope in Christ. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Feb. 9th, after which her remains were taken to the Kendallville cemetery and committed to Mother Earth.
