Died in Chicago.
At his home in Chicago on Sunday, April 5th, Richard Stringer, brother of the late James Stringer of this city, passed away. Mr. Stringer never lived in Decorah, but formed some acquaintances when he was here to attend the funeral of his brother. He was for years a member of the Chicago fire department and was about seventy years old at the time of his death.
