Death of Mrs. Anna P. Enger.
The aged mother of L. M. Enger died Sunday morning at the home of her son after an illness of a year. She was born in Modum, Norway, Oct. 1, 1826, and was married in 1857, going to Eggedal to live. Her husband died in 1877 and she came to America in 1886, making her home much of the time since with her son in Decorah. She is survived by five of six children, one son dying in 1891. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon, private services at 1:30 o’clock at the house, followed by service at the First Lutheran church at 2 o’clock.
