The Death Angel.
Miss Cora Hanson daughter of Borger Hanson, died Friday last from typhoid fever after an illness of about two weeks. Deceased was a young lady of seventeen years, an earnest and hardworking student We are told that her efforts to keep up with her studies in school while acting as assistant in the kindergarten room superinduced her illness. The funeral was hold at the United Lutheran church Sunday afternoon, Rev Bakken speaking in Norwegian and Mr. Hofstad in English. A profusion of flowers, among them a handsome offering from the school children, attested the high regard in which she was held, and expressed the sympathy felt by friends for the bereaved ones.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she is buried in Lutheran Decorah Cemetery and was born September 20, 1887 and died October 14, 1904.
