—Intelligence has come to us through Ann Arbor, Mich., papers of late date of the death of a cousin of the editor of this paper and a nephew of H. A. Kinne of Orleans township, this county Sam D, Kinne was the only son of Hon. E. D.. Kinne, a judge of the District Court at Ann Arbor, Mich.. and had made the acquaintance of quite u number of ]M*O pie of Iowa through frequent visits to his uncle. He was born July 13, 1869, and died at the residence of his sister at Cedar Falls, this state, on the 5th inst. There also comes to us in the same mail announcement of the death of the step-mother of the deceased, leaving an entirely desolate home in which are all the comforts and refinements this life affords. There is left to the bereaved husband and father only a daughter whose home and affections are here in Iowa through long years of association with other relatives.
