They made a home in Wisconsin from 1845 to 1854 when they moved to Fillmore county, Minn., and in 1878 they found a new home just over the line in Hesper township where Mrs. Kimber died in July, 1891. Of the eleven children, eight are now living, five of them present at the funeral. He also leaves twenty-eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
