Sunday occurred the death of Matthew Sourhada, an old residen t{sic} of marmar{sic} after an illness of several weeks. He is survived by his wife and children, to whom the sympathy of the community goes in their affliction. The funeral was held this morning at the Catholic church.

Transcriber’s Note: The gravestone photo in St. Aloysius Cemetery shows his name as Matej and the last name spelled Souhrada. He was born in 1832.
