An Old Resident Dies.
Ridgeway Review:—Yesterday morning death claimed Mrs. E. G. Botner at the age of 72 years. Her maiden name was Maren Hustie, and she was born in Norway where she was married to E. G. Bothner. One year afterward, in 1866, she with her husband emigrated to America and located near Ridgeway, where she has since lived.
The bereaved husband and eight children are left to mourn the loss of a kind and loving mother Ten children were born to them, of which two arc dead. Besides five sons and three daughters, she leaves a sister in Norway and a nephew in Minneapolis.

Transcriber’s Note: Her last name is spelled two different ways; however, her gravestone shows Botner. She is buried in Madison Lutheran Cemetery. She was born November 9, 1832 and died June 13, 1905.
