Thos. Nolan died very suddenly in this village last Monday evening. He had been feeling slightly indisposed for a few day and came here Monday to consult a doctor. He went to the home of Frank Clark in the evening where he fell into a stupor, and in spite of all that medical aid could do, expired in a short time. Doctors pronounced it some brain trouble, probably an abscess or tumor on the brain. Short services were held at the Catholic church here Tuesday and the remains taken to St. Kerns{?} cemetery for burial. Mr. Nolan had been working with Riseland & McGee as carpenterr{sic} for several years past and was well known here, he was unmarried and about 44 years old. —Harmony News.
The deceased was a brother of John F. Nolan, of Cresco.

Transcriber’s Note: It was probably St. Kieran’s Cemetery.
