The body of Mrs. Ruddy who died at her home in Cresco last Sunday was brought through town last Tuesday for burial at the Plymouth Rock Catholic church. Until the last few years Mr. and Mrs. Ruddy resided on their farm about 2½ miles northeast of here. She has a host of friends who deeply sympathize with the family in their great bereavement.

Mrs. H. H. Ruddy pased{sic} away on Sunday evening, after an ilness{sic} several weeks. We are at the present without particulars for an extended notice.

Transcriber’s Note: St. Agnes Cemetery shows a Mrs. M. Ruddy with a date of death of
Oct. 21, 1906 and being 68 years old.
