Olaf Qualley, for some time a clerk with Lomas & Kessel, died of aenemia at the home of his parents near Ridgeway, last Friday. He leaves a wife and one child. Since leaving here he had been in business, at Swaledale, Iowa.

Oluf Qualey died at the home of his parents in this place Friday morning. Oct. 6th, after an illness of about a year. Though confined to the house but a short time before he died, he had not been well for some time. Mr. Qualey was 24 years of age and had been a resident of this place most of the time. At the time of his death he was in the drug business at Swaledale, leaving there about six weeks ago. He had been there about two years. For a year previous to this he was in the same business here, coming hero from Cresco, where he was employed In Lomas & Kessell’s drug store. He leaves a wife and one child to mourn his loss, besides his father, mother, two sisters and three brothers.
Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows his name spelled Oluf Qualley. He was born May 5, 1875 and is buried in the Lincoln Lutheran Cemetery.
