Ione V. “Oney” Bigalk, 90, of Harmony, Minnesota, passed away on November 24, 2011, at Harmony Community Healthcare in Harmony, Minnesota. She was born on July 25, 1921, in Hesper, Iowa, to Weston and Lillian (Rolfshus) Stoskopf. Oney graduated from the Mabel High School. She was united in marriage to Russell Bigalk on August 4, 1941. Oney was a homemaker and also worked for Bigalk Chevrolet in Harmony. She was an active member of the Greenfield Lutheran Church in Harmony and was involved with the Hannah Circle. Oney was also a member of the Harmony Legion Auxiliary, she volunteered for the local blood mobile, was a wonderful cook and an avid music lover. She is survived by her children Lee (Diane) Bigalk of Harmony, Minnesota, Virginia Bigalk of Harmony, Minnesota, Debra (Jeff) Erickson of Lakeville, Minnesota; grandchildren Rosanne (Steve) Casterton of Mesa, Arizona, Richard (Dawn) Bigalk of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Daisha Erickson of Lakeville, Minnesota; great grandchildren Ethan, Lucas and Garett Casterton and Ian and Morgan Bigalk; sister Phyllis Hagen of Superior, Wisconsin; sister-in-law Gloria Herron of Colleyville, Texas; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Oney was preceded in death by her parents Weston and Lillian and husband Russell.

Cemetery:
Burial will take place in the Greenfield Cemetery in Harmony, Minnesota.
