Ossian- Wilfred "Bill" J. Barthelme, 78, retired Ossian farmer, died Saturday morning at Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital in Decorah.

Survivors include a brother, Ferd of La Crescent, Minn., and a sister, Adele of Ossian.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday, St. Francis deSalles Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Schmitz's, where there will be a Scripture service at 8 tonight.
