Decorah- Milo Noecker, 76, died Monday in St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, St. John's Lutheran Church, Locust. Burial: Hesper Cemetery, Hesper. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at French & Balik Funeral Home, Decorah, and one hour before service time Thursday in the church.

Survivors include his wife, Ida; three daughters, Margo Walsh and Suzanne Matter, both of Decorah, and Betty Fox, Oelwein; two sons, Michael, Cresco, and Billie, Decorah; a brother, Norbert, Allegan, Mich.; and two sisters, Charlotte Erickson, Decorah, and Genevieve Harvey, Mabel, Minn.
