Decorah- Carrie Hoffman, 85, died Monday morning at Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Harold; a son, Harold Jr. of Dubuque; a daughter, Dorothy Rude of Decorah; and four grandchildren.

Services: Wednesday, 11 a.m., First United Methodist Church. Friends may call after noon today at Olson-Fjelstul's. Burial: Phelps Cemetery.
