Note: Several of the obituaries in this edition of this newspaper show dates that do not seem to add up. In this obituary the given age at death, date of birth and date of the newspaper do not appear to add up. A smaller, less informative, obit also appears in the Mason City Globe-Gazette dated 31 Dec. 1945, and gives her age at death as 86, but does not give a birth date. A photo of her gravestone shows a birth year of 1859. The correct spelling of the surname is Bringsjord.
