Decorah- Norman Boe, 86, died Sunday, May 22, 1994, in Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Decorah Lutheran Church. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 tonight at Fjelstul Funeral Home and one hour before service time Wednesday at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Frances; two daughters, Mona Skare of Bricelyn, Minn., and Jene Bodensteiner of Rochester, Minn.; and a brother, Even of Decorah.
