Decorah- Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Tobiason Gjermo, 77, were held Monday at the First Lutheran church, and burial was made in the Lutheran cemetery. Dr. T. A. Hoff officiated. She died Friday at a La Crosse hospital.

Born in Decorah, Nov. 23, 1868, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tobias Tobiason. Prior to her marriage to Lars Gjermo, on June 9, 1897, she was employed in the Decorah post office. Mr. Gjermo died in 1902. She is survived by her brother, William Tobiason, of Decorah.

She was a charter member of the First Lutheran church ladies chorus, and a life member of the ladies' aid society of the church.
